The publisher also disclaims any liability for damages resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party leading to modification of the information available on the Application.
Use of the Application is at the User’s sole responsibility. The publisher shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect, material or immaterial damages resulting from access to, use of, or inability to use the Application, including data loss or service interruptions.
The Application may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. The publisher has no control over these sites and declines all responsibility for their content or use.
The User is responsible for protecting their equipment and data against viruses and other cyber threats. The publisher cannot be held liable for damage to user equipment or data loss resulting from use of the Application.
The publisher shall not be liable for any damage, bugs, or service interruptions related to the Application.
4. Intellectual Property
All content within the Ti Vélo Application (texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software, etc.) is protected under applicable intellectual property laws and is the exclusive property of Fifteen, Landerneau, or their partners where applicable.
No license or right is granted other than the right to consult and use the Application.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the Application elements, by any means, is prohibited without prior written authorization from the owner.
Images, photographs, and illustrations used in the Application are either owned by Fifteen or Landerneau, or used with the permission of their authors. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.
The Ti Vélo trademark is a registered trademark of Landerneau.
5. Updates and Versions
The Ti Vélo Application is regularly updated to improve functionality and security. Users are encouraged to keep their application up to date to benefit from the best experience.
Older versions of the Application may no longer be supported without notice. The publisher shall not be held liable for incompatibility due to outdated versions.

Downloading is intended for personal, non-commercial use consistent with its public service purpose.
