Here are some precautions to take before starting your trip

⛑️ Wearing a helmet: although it's not mandatory, we strongly recommend it.

🚴 Saddle of the bike: adjust the height of your saddle with the handle provided for this purpose, lifting it up to unlock the saddle. Once it is at the correct height, hold the seat in place and press the handle back to its original position. Do not hesitate to press and pull on the saddle to check that it is well locked, you would not want it to lower during your ride!

You share the road with other riders, so be sure to use a respectful ride

🚳 Traffic: You can drive on bike paths if the road is equipped, or share the road with other vehicles. It is forbidden to drive on the sidewalk or in parks, which are reserved for pedestrians.

🛣️ A bicycle is a vehicle, so you must respect rules as much as other drivers. Respect the direction of traffic, the rules of priority and traffic lights.
